1st Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator
Mickey Hover
Mickey Hover is a 2008 graduate of Southern New Hampshire University where he played lacrosse goalie for his four years. He holds a BS in Sports Management. 

This fall he was drafted by the Philadelphia Wings and has secured a roster spot on the team. The past two summers he played for Team Lax Grip in the Vail Shootout. 

Since graduating from high school, Coach Hover has coached youth and high school teams in both ice hockey and lacrosse. In addition, he has coached at many lacrosse camps, including Rutgers MVP, Bill Pilat’s Goalie School, True North and Cardigan Mountain Camp.

He is a graduate of Montgomery High School in New Jersey, where he was MVP in both ice hockey and lacrosse, First Team All-Conference, All-State Curcio Division in lacrosse, and still holds his high school’s lacrosse save percentage record. He was selected for the Gil Gibbs Senior Game and captained his squad.

2nd Assistant/Offensive Coordinator
Ryan Thomas
Ryan Thomas played lacrosse at La Salle College High School in Wyndmoor, Pa., and at King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., as attackman. He was nominated team captain for two years in college and holds the record for total assists in a career.

He coached at Upper Dublin High School from 2006 to 2008. His team won the Suburban Conference for the second time in their history. In the summer and fall seasons Coach Thomas continues to coach with the LB3 lacrosse camp, a program started by an assistant coach at Upper Dublin High School.
