GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA. - Five goals from senior Kaitlin Pope (Warminster, Pa./Archbishop Wood), right, helped Gwynedd-Mercy to an 18-5 win over Immaculata in a Pennsylvania Athletic Conference game Wednesday afternoon. Juniors Kalli Bass (Lafayette Hill, Pa./Plymouth Whitemarsh) and Meghan Volz (Warminster, Pa./Archbishop Wood) along with freshman Lauren Sheils (Hanover, Md./Archbishop Spaulding) each added three goals apiece for the Griffins (3-1, 2-0 PAC), who led 12-2 at the half. Jessica Hanna netted two goals and Claire Lichty scored once and assisted on another for the Macs (0-2, 0-2 PAC). Gwynedd-Mercy plays at Eastern this Saturday in
a PAC matchup starting at 1 p.m.
