Griffins get second shutout of the season

GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA. - Gwynedd-Mercy had their season-high three-game win streak snapped as 12th-ranked (STX.NFHCA) Lebanon Valley defeated the Griffins, 4-0, Monday afternoon.

Alex Wolfe scored two unassisted goals as the Dutchmen (11-1) outshot GM, 27-2.

Junior Lauren Monte (Perkasie, Pa./Christopher Dock) recorded 13 saves for Gwynedd (6-5). The Griffins return to action this Wednesday with a Pennsylvania Athletic Conference game at Cedar Crest at 4 p.m.
