October 26, 2005 RADNOR, PA. - Cabrini dampered a chance for Gwynedd-Mercy to clinch the final spot in this weekend's PAC Tournament as the Cavs edged the Griffins, 3-1, in a Pennsylvania Athletic Conference Game. The Griffins at 5-6 in the PAC and tied with Arcadia, now need a Neumann win over Cabrini tomorrow to create a three-way tie for the final seed. Cat McCue scored twice for the Cavs (10-7, 8-2 PAC). For GMC, junior Erin Hill (Collegeville, Pa./Spring-Ford) scored her fifth goal on the season. If Gwynedd-Mercy (7-11) can clinch the #6 seed,
they will play this Saturday in a first-round game.
