Men take 2nd place, Women 3rd at PAC Championships
Bunt, McMahon, Nace, Mehaffey named All-PAC

PHILADELPHIA -- At the 2005 Pennsylvania Athletic Conference Championships, the Gwynedd-Mercy men's team placed second while the women's team was third.

Junior Kevin Bunt (Harleysville, Pa./Souderton) placed third in the men's race, up a spot from this fourth place finish last year. Senior Ryan McMahon (Darby, Pa./Monsignor Bonner) placed 14th. The two were named first and second team All-PAC, respectively.

On the women's side, sophomore Katie Nace (Hellam, Pa./Eastern) was the top GMC finsher, coming in eighth. Sophomore Katie Mehaffey (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Hubert) was 13th.

The top 14 placewinners are named to the All-PAC teams, with the top 7 being first-team, and the second 7 named second-team.

McMahon and Nace were also selected to the PAC All-Sportsmanship Teams, respectively, as well.

The NCAA Regionals will kick off on Saturday, November 12th in Carlisle, Pa. hosted by Dickinson College.
