Tournament Mid-Atlantic Regional at Bear Stadium Friday night.
The Blue Jays advance to tomorrow's championship
series with Kean starting at noon.
Ryan McNamara (Haddonfield, N.J./Haddon Twp.)
gave up just three hits through seven-plus innings of work. The
sophomore faced two batters in the eighth. Tim McMenamin
(Maple Shade, N.J./Maple Shade) continued his torrid hitting, notching
two of the Griffins' five hits.

allowing one run on three hits, but after two leadoff hits in the
eighth, was lifted for Capella.
Johns Hopkins starter Brian Duddie, also threw strongly,
striking out 10 Griffins on four hits, one run, and two walks in
nine-plus innings.
JHU got on the board as Ken Bengtson's (Jamison,

Nate Adelman to score to knot it at 1-1.
The Blue Jays then tacked on two runs in the 10th
as an RBI single from Jon Solomon and a sac fly later from Rob Pietroforte
with the bases full made it 3-1.
In the bottom of the 10th, Gwynedd got two on with
two outs but Bengtson flied out to right.
Gwynedd, who was making their fourth NCAA Tournament
Appearance, finishes the season tying a school record for victories
at 33-12 overall under ninth-year head coach Paul Murphy.
