Gwynedd-Mercy College sponsors 18 intercollegiate athletic programs at the NCAA Division III level.

The Griffin Complex, home of the 1998-99 Pennsylvania Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Champions and the two-time defending PAC Women's Basketball Champions, was built in 1989 and features an indoor track, a 2,000 seat basketball arena, racquetball courts, weight room, aerobic studio, training room and rehabilitation facility.
