Chiarantona selected for
weekly PAC Honorable Mention list
Records first career double-double during the week
GWYNEDD VALLEY, PA. - Jillian Chiarantona (Abington,
Pa./Gwynedd-Mercy Academy) was selected to the Pennsylvania Athletic
Conference Women's Basketball Honorable Mention List for the week
ending January 22nd.
She 16 points 6.5 rebounds
in a 1-1 week. She recorded her first double-double of the season,
scoring 19 points and grabbing 10 rebounds, with two assists and
two steals in a road loss at Albright on Thursday. At Cedar Crest
on Saturday, she netted 13 points in the win at Cedar Crest.
